 (A transformer is an electromagnetic device used to transform electricity with out any moving parts..It can either increase or decrease the amount of voltage applied at the input.You can see transformers in mobile chargers,stabilizers,.....)

                Did you ever wonder what are these components?We are stacked inside our system.Our name is "core" specifically "E core" and "I core".We are stacked up in a manner where the magnetism is equally distributed.

                  We are the above mentioned item where the flux linkage becomes possible.If we are not there in our system flux linkage will not be possible thereby no possible voltage transformation.We are usually laminated to reduce certain losses in our system

                             We are predominantly the most used item in all electrical devices.we are wound on a former in a uniform manner to give out equal flux distribution.We have two sides known as primary and secondary.The primary is the place where you plugged in electric supply and secondary is the place where you take out "the transformed" electricity like in case of a mobile charger.                                                      


The "electricity transformation" is possible ,only because of us and we are being called by a term "NUCLEUS".

     I reside inside my system to give magnetic power for the rotating part,known as armature to run at high speeds.My two sides have copper windings in it.Which is shaped and designed as per the specification of my system.If any one of my copper conductor burned out,my system will not have the ability to run

                 My name is armature.I spin at around 15000 times per minute.I too have copper windings inside which gives the necessary magnetism.A cooling fan is provided at my end to cool down my entire system when I'm running.

          I deliver electricity to my system through my 
conductive carbon bars.Electricity passes through my body and gets in contact with the armature commutator.My body will get diminished after continues operation,though not fully.An auto cut off mechanism is incorporated inside my body to protect my armature

                 What you are seeing is a gear mechanism inside my system .Small gear is attached with the armature while the bigger one is attached inside the gear cover.Where ever there is high speed motors  involved there is always this kind of mechanism .

     My top most unit carries a blade which is meant for specific task.The high speeds generated by the armature is transferred to the blade by my unit itself.I also run at high speeds, when I'm in contact with the armature through the gear mechanism.

                  We are the supporting mechanism of the armature.We will position perfectly and got attached with the armature.The armature runs impeccably  because we are perfectly put in the slots carved out inside my plastic body. 












Finally ,we the entire family being termed as the "NUCLEUS" of my system.

 I belong to a special category of switches,widely used in electrical machines.Ever wonder what's inside?

         My body comprises of hard plastic which is black in color.What you are seeing is my outer cover.On the top of my body a switch holding mechanism is placed.If you need to operate your machine for a long time you simply need to push my outer segment downwards








 Hello friends
                   
                    I'm very strong as far as my tension is concerned. My tension is strong enough to bring back my system in off position.A moving member is placed at my end which has the function of "connecting supply" and "separating supply"

         Electricity goes through my contacts when you push my system.My left side member is "alive" all the time.Second member gets activated only when you push my system.Copper is coated over my surface .When you push my system moderate sparking is developed inside which is not severe though.

         I'm the controlling member inside my system.I bypass the electricity to the above mentioned contacts when you give a push.I can move freely inside my system.If I'm not working correctly there won't be any supply on the "contacts" thereby making your machine dead.I would like to call myself as a "MOVING NUCLEUS"

                  We two are the members placed a little away from your eyes.We bring you magnified images but the length between the lenses should correctly matched to get clear images.I work along with another friend who's teaching you right beneath.

        I work in conjunction with the above one.My function is to provide zoomed out images but not in the right sense .I correct the magnified image within your eye limits where you can see "not very blurred " images









We two are adequate enough to bring you images that can be clear but not shaky .We are known as the "NUCLEUS" of my system.

        My head goes inside the machine.I will be in touch with the armature otherwise my system will be at standstill  Carbon is the constituent inside my body.When my system is in operation i loss a small amount of my "head" but the "tail" will be intact.

                   The above mentioned guy goes inside my body.I provide the slot for the brush to move freely . I got connected to the body of my system by means of an  insulator.

             We give magnetic power to the stator which is bolted inside.We two will be generating the magnetic power for the Rotating part to run,known as Armature.Copper conductors are wound inside which is further wrapped by an insulator.

    I'm the "commander" of my system.Two ball bearings got attached to my 2 ends where i can run without hesitation.It's been a tiring process to shape my body like this.Again copper conductors give blood to my system.Conductor are wound inside my slots and punched to the copper commutator.Brushes got attached to the commutator giving necessary force for us to attain necessary speed






 "the rotor" and "the armature" are the heart of my system .They provide the necessary running torque ,which has to be take into account when dealing with "speedy motors". Since speed is the main objective we are termed as the "NUCLEUS" of my system

 Wonder what are the components inside?
         
 Hi friends
                  I act as a protective cover as well as a rotor supporting system.A ball bearing is fixed inside where the rotating part got attached.Aluminum is the major ingredient in order to reduce the weight.Usually 3 blades are bolted at my ends.My direction of rotation will be counterclockwise when looking atop.

           I am a part of the motor inside my system.I will be stationary all the time.Conductors are stamped inside my unit.They are being called as "stator conductors". 









 Hi
        I'm the one who has got the running power.I will be running at higher speeds when power is connected.I have two sets of windings named, inner and outer.The direction of adjacent windings will be different.Wonder why i have two windings?(Ceiling fan has a split phase motor ,which can be developed by two windings and a capacitor.Right at the time of starting the fan the inner winding will be active .While running the outer winding will be in function.It is essential to connect a capacitor in between the windings otherwise the fan will just be like oscillating)






 Hello

 I provide certain starting torque to my system.If I"m absent my system will have a starting trouble and not at all work.I don't require lot more charge for giving the thrust.Normally a 2.5MFD is sufficient. If I'm faulty you will have to rotate your fan until it obtains speed.



We are the energy boosters inside my system.  300 or more conductors are inside in a single slot   ,wound on the rotor.If any one of my conductor got burned my system will be in trouble.When supply is connected my"blood " circulation will be fast enough to rotate my system.We ,the bunch of conductors are called the "NUCLEUS"

 Hi there
              I take up a very serious job in my system.I control the amount of heat inside my system.I not only control the amount of heat but secure my system from overheating.I'm connected in series with a heating coil.
              









I do function along with a heating element kept inside the plate.When the temperature rises heavily the heating element will bent upwards.This upward motion in turn pushes the thermostat contacts away from its normal position and the power supply gets disconnected.So i secure my system from overheating

          I have a pivotal role inside my system.WONDER who's generating the heat?Don't amuse I;m the one who generates heat.My unit consists of a heating coil and a plate.Heating coil has a heating element inside and the heat is imparted to the cloths through another plate which is having high resistance towards temperature.


 Hello friends
               An ordinary wire cannot be used inside my system,that's why i assume the position here.Three wires are running inside named Phase,Neutral and Earth.A highly insulated cloth is wrapped over the three wires thereby making it leak proof.








We are the heat generating and controlling unit.No one can replace us so we declare that, we are the unit belong to the category named "NUCLEUS"
